3 Questions you need to ask
before you buy your next backrop:

1. Is my backdrop machine washable? Is it color fast for repeat washings? — YES
|
The material we use is 100% cotton 5oz. muslin with 64x64 thread count weave ideal for excellent dye penetration and bleed through fiber resulting in beautiful color blends.
The dyes we use are permanent dyes with very good color fastness. Our backdrops can be machine washed in cold water, no bleach and no harsh detergents (like Tide or Sunlight -- use something like Zero that is meant for gentle cycles and promotes color fastness). The dyes conform to international and US non-toxity standards and are safe to for children and pregnant women. ** DO NOT DRY IN DRYER - THEY MUST BE HUNG DRY to avoid risk of color shift!** We will not accept returns due to change of color once they have been dried in a dryer. Ideally, the backdrops should be spot washed, but can be washed if needed in case of emergency.

2. If I want, can I exchange my backdrop? — YES
|
Due to unavoidable variation in monitor calibrations, monitor age, native gamma settings and mismatched color profiles, viewing backdrop colors on monitors is rarely perfect.
Hence our no-risk purchase protection: If the backdrop does not perform under your lighting conditions as you expected, we will gladly change it to a different one -- no hassles, no problem.
You may exchange or return for refund (less shipping charges, refunds subject to $25 restocking fee) a backdrop within 30 days of the date it was shipped from us. To return or to exchange the item, you must send it back UPS 2-day Express and call to get authorization prior to shipping: 1-800-535-4999 9am-9pm EST.

We don't sell container loads of that cheap shit from India or China that vaporizes in the first wash or can't be washed at all. We actually manufacture our own backdrops. We can do a fair bit of customizing for you -- say you need a blue but little more contrast, no problem. Need a spotlight effect on a regular piece, no problem. Send us a note and we'll see what we can do.
