Important Quick Notes and Backdrop Policies: Quick Note 1: Selecting your backdrop — A backdrop that looks one way in ambient (or natural) light can look quite different under good studio lights (click here)— how you light it makes a big difference! Why would a guy spend $10G on strobes if they didn't make a difference? Quick Note 2: Turnaround Time for backdrop manufacturing: If the item is not in stock, allow 2-3 days for backdrop manufacturing and 1-7 days for UPS shipping. In-stock backdrops ship the same day if our order is in before 2pm EST. Quick Note 3: Packing and Shipping we crush pack the backdrop for shipping -- we used to fold them, but people don't like the waffle-looking creases. By crush packing, the creases will be more random. Yes, natural fiber 100% wrinkles but it's not as shiny in photos as polymixes. Iron it, steam it, hang it and light with 2 side lights to reduce the wrinkle look (if you don't want texture). Quick Note 4: Exchanges and returns: You may exchange or return for refund (less shipping charges; returns are subject to $25 restocking fee) a backdrop within 14 days of the date it was received. | OUR PRODUCTS: The material we use is 100% cotton 5oz. muslin with 64x64 thread count weave ideal for excellent dye penetration and bleed through fiber resulting in beautiful color blends. The dyes we use are permanent dyes with very good color fastness. Our backdrops can be machine washed in cold water, no bleach and no harsh detergents (like Tide or Sunlight -- use something like Zero that is meant for gentle cycles and promotes color fastness). The dyes conform to international and US non-toxity standards and are safe to for children and pregnant women. ** DO NOT DRY IN DRYER - THEY MUST BE HUNG DRY to avoid risk of color shift!** We will not accept returns due to change of color once they have been dried in a dryer. Ideally, the backdrops should be spot washed, but can be washed if needed in case of emergency. |

Hence our no-risk purchase protection: If the backdrop does not perform under your lighting conditions as you expected, we will gladly change it to a different one -- no hassles, no problem.
